Secretary

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Document review and data entry
• Communicate meeting schedules to various departments
• Organizes travel arragnements for upper management
• Assists upper management with writing up of Meeting Notes
• Creates organized schedules for upper management
• Assists upper management with daily tasks
• Telephone answering

Requirements:

• D3 Secretary. Fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
• Must have excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia
• Fluency in English is a bonus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Powerpoint is a bonus
• Must be hard working and have a positive mental attitude
