We are presently hiring for the following positions:

Chef De Partie
(Overseas on CruiseShip)

Requirements:

1. Min 21 years old
2. Ability to speaking, writing and reading in English >7
3. Experience min. 2 years for the same position
4. Available to traveling around the world up to 60%
5. Education SMU + experience, Food and Beverage Academy, Hotel and Tourism Academic
6. Willing to work at sea (Cruise Ship) for 6 month or more
7. Skill and knowledge = intermediate and up
8. Knowledgeable western food
9. Fine dining room experience/hotel/restaurant
10. Shipboard experienced (recommended)
11. Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
12. Works with the cook tournant or the cook round in the main galley or speciality galley.
13. Assists with the transportation of food items from the main stores to the galley.
14. Duties include the cleaning and sanitizing of his/her working area and working utensils following the United States Public Health rules and regulations and all times.
15. Will be assigned from time to time in an early standby in the galley for USPH purpose.
16. Is aware of,and/or acquires the necessary knowledge to comply with the ship's standard operation, in order to assist guest.
17. Attends meeting,training activities,courses and all other work-related activities as required. All Candidates will be based working Overseas on Cruise!!!!
