Customer Service Officer
(Jakarta - Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

Liaise and communicate with overseas company clients to ensure that the company understands their requirements, follow up orders and able to provide accurate information regarding to the product delivery and schedule.
Liaise with Sales & Marketing Department to ensure that the production plan is align with their expectation and able to provide accurate information regarding to product availability and schedule.
Participate in weekly international conference call with the clients
Provide administration report as required.

Requirements:

1. Female
2. Min. D3 Secretary
3. 3-5 years experiences in customer services field, travel agent, preferable from multinational company
4. Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate effectively with all levels with positive work attitudes
5. English proficiency both spoken and written is a must
6. Computer literate
